1977 Nektar “Magic Is A Child”LP/ 1977 US Original Press Polydor PD-1-6115/Prog Rock, Psychedelic

$12.00

Cover VG no splits, corner crease and some light fading

Vinyl VG+ to EX only a couple minor superficial sleevelines, small marks and such, no deep wear. Lightly cleaned with water

While other bands completely disappeared or changed musical direction, I would say this lp is a great example of keeping the progressive and psychedelic feel while leaning into period sounding AOR pop rock tendencies, we hadn’t reached the terrible cheesy 80s yet and this band is killing it here, more vocal and lyrical songs yet still having large fuzz and jamming sections, highly recommended. Recorded phenomenally I would say too.
