Italian prog with an American flavor? This is quite different in approach to their previous LPs yet still retains some of the same feel, it’s as though they purchased a large stack of west coast and New York released American rock and blues records of the early 70s and influenced themselves with their sounds and slightly making fun of it? Or possibly some other influences from management regarding the art direction and song titles reflecting a intellectual criticism of Los Angeles and other elements of music business meddlings (song titled “Laurel Canyon” interesting from pre internet Italians.. the CIA works in mysterious ways.
